Investing in the future of Australia through quality training programes
Western Australia is currently facing major issues in skill shortage. Especially with the rapid growth of key industries such as oil and gas, this has caused the situation to worsen.

WPC recognises the current skill shortages faced by WA and believes that the only solution to this problem is through continuous training.

WPC are constantly investing in WA’s infrastructure and people, not only through providing quality goods and service – but also conducting quality development and trainings in order to maximise the skills and capabilities of WA’s workforce.

WPC places strong focus on apprenticeship programmes as well as taking on young students for work experience. This is a great way to educate the future minds and improve the workforce quality in WA.
Other short courses that WPC provides are, Basic Control Valves, Advanced Control Valves, Relief Valve as well as Valves and Actuation Courses.

New and improved courses are currently being developed in hopes to aid this skill shortage issue. WPC places great emphasis on corporate citizenship all in efforts to create a sustainable and productive future of Western Australia.
